The Timeline of Santana Dior De Leon

10th June 2008

Santana Dior De Leon was born at 3:04pm. He weighed 10oz. We were told he would die right after birth but Santana proved Holy Cross Hospital wrong. The doctors tells Shay after she wakes up from her c-section that they were wrong because her little man was alive.

11th June 2008

The hospital tells Dex and Shay that he would develop blood or water in his brain and that a sonogram would have to be done to determine its location. A sonogram was done and once again our Santana proved how strong he was and how so wrong they were again.

12th June 2008

Dex and Shay were told that an x-ray would be done to determine what complications he would have elsewhere. However, we had to wait for the results because they wouldn't get in until the following day...in the meanwhile Santana is hanging strong because there was nothing the doctors could say for Santana to end his battle!

13th June 2008

Results come in and Shay and Dex are happy because our little Santana has proved them wrong again. Still the hospital is amazed because according to them Santana shouldn't be alive after 72hrs of life. Everyday they gather to watch our Santana fighting for his dear life!

14th June 2008

Our little Santana is hanging strong, nobody can stop him he is determined to prove everyone WRONG...

18th June 2008

Our little Santana struggles he needs some blood. Oh...he is struggeling to hang in there but the hospital can not find any blood in the Maryland and DC area. But Baltimore comes through and our little Santana gets what he needs and he is now so strong he breathes almost on his own. Santana is OUR true SOLDIER!!

21st June 2008

On this day at 8:30 a.m.our Santana lets us know that on this day it would be the biggest and final fight of his life. On this day he gave up the biggest battle he has ever fought....but he has won the biggest WAR a human can ever fight and with the greatest power that ever existed...JEHOVAH GOD! WE LOVE YOU SANTANA!!!
